• Impersonating others or creating fake profiles
• Soliciting money or engaging in commercial activities
• Violating others' privacy or sharing personal information without consent
• Using the platform for purposes other than matrimonial matching

• All profile information must be accurate and current
• Photos must be recent and clearly show your face
• You are responsible for keeping your information updated
• We reserve the right to verify profile information
• False information may result in account suspension or termination

• We moderate content to maintain a respectful environment
• Profiles and messages may be reviewed for compliance
• We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content
• Users can report violations through our reporting system
• Repeated violations may result in account restrictions

• Subscription fees are charged monthly or as specified
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
• Free trial periods may be offered at our discretion
• Pricing may change with 30 days notice

NikahOne is a platform to facilitate introductions. We are not responsible for:

• The conduct or actions of other users
• The accuracy of user-provided information
• Outcomes of meetings or relationships
• Technical issues or service interruptions
• Any damages arising from use of the platform

• You may delete your account at any time
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted as per our Privacy Policy
• Some provisions of these terms survive termination

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
